Press Releases

These newspaper articles were compiled over the past 30 years to help create a paper trail to surface the truth.

During this time I have uncovered decisions that I believe were not made in the best interest of the community.

Significant Government and ratepayers monies have been wasted with no positive results being achieved for the affected community.

There has however been a disastrous cumulative increase in flood levels on the affected community residing on the Marshalls Creek Flood Plain.

Jim Mangleson

Questions to be answered ...

1. Is the North Arm of the Brunswick River dying ?

2. Has the Marshall Creek Flood Plain been mismanaged ?

3. Is the latest document produced by the Marshalls Creek Flood Plain Committee accurate ?

4. Were there natural outlets to the ocean between Wooyung and Brunswick Heads ?

5. What do we need to do now to lower the flood levels on the flood plain ?
