REPEAT SCRIPTS REPEAT prescriptions will not be issued without a prior consultation. Patients seeking repeat prescriptions must see their doctor. This is to ensure proper management, and to avoid confusion and medico-legal problems. Please make sure you have adequate prescriptions on hand at all times and bring all your medications and prescriptions with you when seeing your doctor. Please book an early appointment to avoid running out of medication. |

SICKNESS CERTIFICATES A sickness certificate may only be issued after a patient has been examined by the doctor. It may not be issued in response to a telephone call by a patient or by somebody else calling on the patient's behalf. In no circumstances are we allowed to backdate a certificate or write one in advance. We will make every attempt to assist patients in all cases, but the rules must be observed. |
