Welcome
to the Mullumbimby Giants Football Club

Mullumbimby
'The Biggest Little Town in Australia'
part of the Brunswick Valley...
Once
upon a time, at the foot of the biggest 'little' mountain
in Australia (Mt Chincogan) in the biggest 'little' valley
in Australia, there sprung up the biggest 'little' town
known as Mullumbimby.
Out of the town emerged the biggest 'little' Football Club
(1903) known as the Mullumbimby Football Club,
This club nurtured and brought forth in time the Mullumbimby
Giants' (RLFC).
The Club was one of the first football clubs in Australia to be established with meetings being held as early as 1903.
The
Giants were known for their enthusiasm on and
off the field. They worked hard, trained hard and enjoyed
playing
the great game of Rugby League throughout the region.
There were many players who made representative teams over
the years including the Australian Rugby League Kangaroo
Team. click here for details
Keeping the Rugby League tradition alive, and nurturing
future players, the Mullumbimby Junior Rugby League Football
Club was formed in 1973.
The 'little
giants' are still progressing through the ranks
year after year. They focus on being
... big in fitness,
... big in weight training,
... big in diet and
... big in heart.
