1.NRL Media Launch 2005

Dean Ritchie and Matt Frilingos who writes for the Daily Telegraph stated in their article March 3, 2005...

"The main theme of the NRL 2005 launch was STRENGTH and it came in triplicate at last night's NRL season launch. It was rugby league's
STRENGTH OF MIND
to beleive and do it,
STRENGTH OF CHARACTER
to belong and
STRENGTH OF BODY
to push the physical boundries.
It is these three messages being delivered through the code's advertising campaign for 2005."

2. Chase Nelson, Max Binkley and Simon Baines from the Mullumbimby Giants grand final win images have been used in the NRL's 30 sec tvc's to be screen on free to air.
Chase will also appear on the new website section called Local Legends

"Bums on seats is our major focus for 2005," NRL marketing manager Paul Kind said. "Our big push is to get people to come to games."

Story 1. Paul 'The Chief' Harragon from the Channel Nine Footy Show will be spending some time at the Mullumbimby Giants leagues club to produce a story about the "grassroots" of Rugby League.
